Term of Service

1. Appointments and Deposits

  • A $90 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling without at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a $90 charge.

2. Service Duration

  • Standard Cleaning: Quoted based on 2 hours of labor.
  • Deep Cleaning: Quoted based on 3 hours of labor.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
  • Clients are granted a 2-day (48-hour) grace period from the time of service completion to make the payment without incurring late fees.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • Zelle
    • Cash
    • Credit Card
    • Debit Card
    • Stripe
    • PayPal
    • Check (accepted only if provided immediately upon completion of cleaning services)
  • All payments must be made in U.S. dollars ($).
  • The customer is responsible for all gateway fees associated with the payment.
  • Tips are appreciated and can be added during the payment process through our accepted payment methods.

4. Late Payment and Penalties

  • If payment is not received within the 2-day (48-hour) grace period, a late fee of 5% of the total amount due or $25, whichever is greater, will be applied.
  • For recurring services, late payments may incur additional fees and/or suspension of future services until the account is settled.
  • All returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure the availability of water, electricity, and access to essential utilities during the scheduled cleaning time. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees or cancellation charges.
  • Remove excessive clutter, secure pets, and safeguard fragile items. Pets and children should be kept away from the cleaning area during service.
  • Inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.
  • If upon arrival, the home is not prepared according to these responsibilities and the cleaning service exceeds the scheduled duration, an additional fee of $20 per hour will be charged for the extra time required to complete the service.

6. Scope of Services

  • Our services cover thorough cleaning only. For organizing services, please contact us for a separate estimate.
  • Requests for additional services during or after the cleaning session may incur extra costs and must be approved beforehand.

7. Damages and Liability

  • While we exercise care, minor breakages may occur. Clients agree to hold us harmless for accidental damages to low-value items.
  • For high-value items, clients must notify us beforehand for special handling.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, lost items, or unattended personal belongings.

8. Insurance and Safety

  • We are insured but not liable for pre-existing damage, lost items, or unattended personal belongings.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous.

9. Force Majeure

  • SparkTex Cleaners LLC reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 24 hours of invoice receipt to be eligible for review.
  • For concerns under our satisfaction guarantee, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

11. Confidentiality

  • All invoice details are confidential and should not be shared with unauthorized parties.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
