Why Standard Cleaners Damage Premium Floors

• Bleach or ammonia (discolors and damages sealant)
• Abrasive scrubs or steel wool (scratches polished surfaces)

Sealing — The Key to Low-Maintenance Stone

Natural stone is porous. Without proper sealing, it absorbs spills, develops stains, and harbors bacteria. Reseal stone floors every one to two years using a water-based, low-VOC stone sealer. In high-traffic areas like kitchens and entryways in North Houston homes, annual resealing is recommended.
